Public presentation of the book “History of Associativism of the Parish of Portimão”

The strong component of the associative movement of the centennial city will be recorded in a book by the Parish Council of Portimão, which on November 16, at 15:30 pm, will present the work “History of Associativism of the Parish of Portimão”, which results from the investigative work of José Garrancho.

The book, whose presentation ceremony is scheduled for the Ilídio Poucochinho Noble Hall, at the Parish Council of Portimão, portrays for future memory the highlights of six emblematic associations in the city: Clube União Portimonense, Sporting Glória ou Morte Portimonense, Boa Esperança Atlético Clive Portimonense, Sociedade Vencedora Portimonense, Clube de Futebol Boavista and Clube Desportivo, Recreational and Cultural of Pedra Mourinha.
