Conference and presentation of “Daughter of the System”

Carla Isabel Menezes, the author of the book, is a woman with a vocation for real stories.
He developed a taste for writing at the age of 19. In a self-taught way, he put everything he saw and felt on paper, in the form of poetry and prose. She has a degree in Geriatrics and Animation. To her career she added several personal development trainings, such as Coach, Emotional Intelligence and Personal Skills.
Always with the intention of improving as a person and helping those around her, since she works with more vulnerable people. Very attentive to social causes and the lives of the people who cross her path, she created the dream of turning real stories into writing.
“Memories of an Orphan” was her first book and also a first-person account of a life marked by orphanhood.
This was followed by the work “Daughter of the System” which is the continuation of her first book, where she addresses pertinent themes of today’s society, such as addictions and everything they imply.
In addition to her work, she volunteers with the most disadvantaged populations and it is in this activity that she finds daily inspiration.
“Daughter of the System” is a book that seeks to explain the scourge of mistreatment and its devastating and painful consequences.
A life story that involves many others, where those who have been saved are miracles of nature and have the obligation to pass on their testimony: in reality, even so, after all, it is possible to be. To escape the meshes of drugs is to be born again.
Note: In addition to the presentation of the book, there will be a conference on juvenile delinquency.
