Granfondo Portimão

On November 2nd, Granfondo Portimão returns to Portimão for a 2nd edition that promises to be a true celebration of sport, endurance and the natural beauty of the municipality.

With challenging routes, this event will cross some of the most beautiful landscapes of Portimão and the Algarve, providing not only a test of physical and mental ability, but also a unique visual spectacle. From the crystal blue coasts to the serene hills of the interior, the three routes have been carefully chosen to offer a unique and unforgettable experience to all participants.

Granfondo Portimão will be held for the second time on November 2, 2025, with departure and arrival at 9:00 am in Portimão (location to be defined in addition). Several categories are planned, allowing cyclists of different age groups and levels of preparation to enjoy this cycling party.

More than a race, the Granfondo Portimão is a weekend for everyone, with parallel activities designed to involve children, families and sports lovers.

On November 1st at 3:00 pm, the Granfondinho: a party on wheels for the youngest! A fun and educational bike race that encourages children to pedal, collaborate and discover a taste for sport. Free registration, but mandatory.

On the 2nd, right after the departure of the granfondo cyclists, the Granfondo Portimão Walk. A walk for all those who want to experience the event at a more leisurely pace, exploring the natural beauty of our city.
