Within the scope of the Project #umdenós – Combating Unwanted Loneliness through the voice of People with Dementia, awarded by the “la Caixa” Foundation – BPI, Alzheimer Portugal will promote an innovative Multidisciplinary Intervention Program aimed at People with Dementia who are in the early stages of the disease.
Therapeutic sessions (dance, music, visual arts…) will be held weekly at the facilities of Alzheimer Portugal – Núcleo do Algarve, in Portimão, on Wednesday and Friday from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm, and are free to attend.
The start of sessions is scheduled for next May (date to be confirmed) and ends in December 2024.
If you have dementia or a family member with an early diagnosis;
If you are available to attend the various therapeutic activities assiduously and weekly;
