“Natural Contrasts” on display at CMTG
February 28 - March 31
FreeThe photographic exhibition “Natural Contrasts” invites you to explore the beauty and diversity of water states in nature, and the changing essence of water through the timeless form of black and white photography.
In addition, the exhibition also celebrates the fundamental role of water in sustaining plant life, in particular trees. Through images that capture water nourishing roots or flowing in rivers that feed forests, we are reminded of the interdependence between water and trees
“Natural Contrasts” is not only a celebration of nature, but also a reflection on the fragility and resilience of this essential resource. Through these images, we are reminded of the importance of preserving and respecting water in all its forms, in a world where its purity is increasingly threatened.
The path of Gonçalo Martins, the author, is marked by a constant search for authenticity and connection with the outside world through my inner world. Each image is a reflection of my gaze, my experience and my respect for the photographic tradition.
