As Chopin is the composer par excellence for the piano, the ninth edition of the Festival will begin with the concert number 1 of this composer. The Orchestra will perform the version made by the composer himself for piano and strings and on piano we will have Jill Lawson, a well-known pianist, with a wide curriculum in Portugal and abroad.
The direction of the Strings of the Algarve Symphony Orchestra will be in charge of Maestro Armando Mota, director of the Algarve International Piano Festival.
