Capitation Program for the 3rd Sector

Recognizing the local importance of the 3rd sector in building a fairer and more solidary society, the Teia D’Impulsos Association, within the scope of the project 100 Years 100 Solidarity Flavors launched a training program specially designed to train institutions that work in this area.
The main objective of the initiative is to strengthen the skills of organizations, promoting a more efficient, sustainable and results-oriented management of social impact.
The training program is aimed at leaders, employees and volunteers of non-governmental organizations, associations and other entities in the 3rd sector.
The next session is scheduled for March 27th and will have the following themes:
– Lead and motivate work teams;
– Communicate in the 3rd Sector.
Time: 9.30 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 5 pm
